Convenient Location and Helpful Staff

great location friendly staff varied breakfast

The hotel's location is very close to major attractions. Blue Mosque and other key landmarks are within walking distance. Staff members were always ready to provide directions and information. The included breakfast offered good variety.

THE bathroom needed some updates.

fantastic stay with amazing location!

i enjoyed the prime location, just a short walk to the blue mosque. breakfast was a highlight, the menu changes daily. shakir at the front desk was super helpful!

the wifi disconnected frequently, a slight inconvenience. i really wanted to stay connected, and it was a bit frustrating.

the front desk staff was available at any time and solved issues quickly. john speaks great english and is very polite (he's a real asset!). faxriddin was also super helpful with transportation information.

the hotel is in an alley behind the blue mosque, only a 4-5 minute walk. it is very accessible to everything (what a relief!). it is also a quiet place, a plus.

busted shower strange odor

the staff was friendly i suppose.

the shower was totally busted in my room i expect proper facilities. water went everywhere i was not happy, also the bathroom had a strange odor i hated that.

fantastic location and helpful staff!!!

great access helpful staff

the location was amazing, less than 10 minutes walking distance to attractions. the hotel provides great access to tram and train routes, which connect to the city center and shopping centers. staff were helpful and passionate with directions. the room was clean.

i noticed a terrible smell coming from the bathroom. i tried putting some objects on top of the sinkholes to block the smell. everything else was fine.
